Train with FMS & CSCS certified and experienced trainers who understand what it takes to help you meet your goals, in a healthy & sustainable way, moving at your pace & abilities. GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS: *FREE Consultation Prior to Training - Group Training | 1st Month Free Promotion | Up to 12 Sessions - Group Training | 4 Sessions (1 Day / Week) | $90 Total - Group Training | 8 Sessions (2 Days / Week) | $150 Total - Group Training | 12 Sessions (3 Days / Week) | $205 Total AVAILABLE TRAINING TIMES: Choose times and days that work for you! Verify schedule and availability prior to training. Maximum of 10 adults per group. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.  6:15 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Friday 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. Improve overall movement, flexibility, balance, strength, injury reduction and weight loss as well as focus on desired specific areas. Prior to training, FREE consultations will be scheduled, where we will discuss goals, training methods, assess your abilities, areas of improvements and review any injuries or concerns to makes sure we are meeting your needs and providing the best training possible. YOU'RE AN ATHLETE TOO - MOVE LIKE ONE! You may not be competing but all functioning adults are athletes. We're here to provide you with the personal training experience you've been searching for. Simple Speed Coach Adult Performance Training meets you where you're at, builds confidence, provides proper instruction and sets you up for long term, sustainable success to help you move and feel better. We train with intent and purpose. We aren't about quick fixes, trendy programs, engaging in excessive or overly repetitious lifting and exercises that compromise proper movement and run the risk of injury. This mentality is more concerned with numbers than individuals and often promotes overnight certified trainers more concerned with how you look but not how you get there. At Simple Speed Coach we promote functional movement to reduce injury and maximize performance. GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS: Full Cancellation for our Group Training Programs must be made 72 hours in advance. If not, the athlete will be charged for the entire group training program and/or remaining sessions they signed up for and their spot will be filled with our wait list. Athletes are paying for a predetermined and agreed upon specific spot in our Group Training Programs. There will be no reimbursement for missed training sessions for our Group Training Programs. Makeups are not guaranteed and must be scheduled and confirmed with Simple Speed Coach staff and scheduled within the same week upon availability. Five to fifteen minutes late will receive a modified training session. Over 20 minutes late will forfeit the session and be considered a no-show. OTHER TRAINING & SERVICES: Cancellations for predetermined and agreed upon sessions, programs or other services, must be made 48 hours in advance. If not, the athlete will be charged for the full program, session or service. Athletes are paying for a predetermined program with a set number of scheduled sessions and/or other services. There will be no reimbursement for missed sessions or services if they are not rescheduled 24 hours in advance and confirmed with the Simple Speed Coach staff. Five to fifteen minutes late will receive a modified session. Over 20 minutes late will forfeit the session and be considered a no-show.
