Designed with purpose, our facility is a dedicated space for elite athletic development. Featuring 900 sq. ft. of NFL-grade turf and a curated selection of industry-leading technology—including Vertimax, Keiser, Woodway, and TrueForm, we provide the tools necessary for peak performance. Our space includes instant video analysis for real-time feedback, a dedicated warm-up room and a seamless indoor/outdoor training experience.
While you won’t find rows of traditional weight racks, you will find a specialized environment built for speed, power and agility. We prioritize posture, control, and proper sequencing before adding load or velocity. By mastering movement first, our athletes achieve superior results while minimizing the injury risks associated with traditional, high-volume weight training. By utilizing air-resistance technology (Keiser) and manual treadmills (Woodway/TrueForm), we build explosive strength and stability that protects the athlete.
