GROUP 3 | 3 DAYS/WEEK - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 5:45 - 7:00 p.m. - 31 Sessions - Starts August 28 - Ends November 11 - No Training: September 2, 3 & October 7 Our Small Group Training Program is perfect for Athletes of ALL Sports and Experience Levels who are serious about increasing their overall athleticism to excel in their sport and crush their goals. Athletes will build confidence and increase SPEED, Agility, Strength, Jump, Power, Explosiveness, Mechanics and Movement with our Elite Coaching Team and Results Driven Programming. Our high level and professional training environment, which exclusively trains sport performance, will motivate you to push yourself harder and Bring Out Your Athlete! OUR SMALL GROUP TRAINING ENVIRONMENT Athletes train alongside like minded peers in our professional facility with state-of-the-art equipment designed to enhance their training NOT become their training. Athletes will build confidence, momentum and take ownership of their individual success as they train with the same group of athletes and coaches every session. By training only one small group at a time, our program allows each athlete to receive individualized attention, adaptive workouts and constructive, encouraging feedback. Athletes will thrive and be challenged in a positive training environment where everyone has the same individual goal - BRING OUT YOUR ATHLETE!
CANCELLATION POLICY
GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS: Full Cancellation for our Group Training Programs must be made 72 hours in advance. If not, the athlete will be charged for the entire group training program and/or remaining sessions they signed up for and their spot will be filled with our wait list. Athletes are paying for a predetermined and agreed upon specific spot in our Group Training Programs. There will be no reimbursement for missed training sessions for our Group Training Programs. Makeups are not guaranteed and must be scheduled and confirmed with Simple Speed Coach staff and scheduled within the same week upon availability. Five to fifteen minutes late will receive a modified training session. Over 20 minutes late will forfeit the session and be considered a no-show. OTHER TRAINING & SERVICES: Cancellations for predetermined and agreed upon sessions, programs or other services, must be made 48 hours in advance. If not, the athlete will be charged for the full program, session or service. Athletes are paying for a predetermined program with a set number of scheduled sessions and/or other services. There will be no reimbursement for missed sessions or services if they are not rescheduled 24 hours in advance and confirmed with the Simple Speed Coach staff. Five to fifteen minutes late will receive a modified session. Over 20 minutes late will forfeit the session and be considered a no-show.
