Train with a group of like minded athletes who are serious about increasing their overall athletic ability. A strong emphasis is placed on speed, agility, balance, strength, power and most importantly mechanics and movements. Our Spring 2022 Training Programs: 3 DAYS A WEEK | MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY - Spring Session - 32 Sessions (2 FREE!) - $795 - Starts March 3rd Group 1 | 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Group 2 | 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Group 3 | 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (TBD) Group 6 | 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. 2 DAYS A WEEK | TUESDAY, FRIDAY - Spring Session - 21 Sessions (1 FREE!) - $600 - Starts March 4th Group 4 | 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Group 5 | 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. THE SIMPLE SPEED COACH DIFFERENCE We aren't about only developing weight room all-stars, quick fixes or trendy programs, frequently taught by trainers who have never been a competitive athlete, can't properly explain or perform the drills and have overnight certifications. Often, these trainers only care about numbers and how you look but not how you get there. At Simple Speed Coach, an athlete's best interest and getting them to peak performance is our #1 priority. We understand functional movement, what it takes to be an athlete, how to reduce injury and maximize performance. We want you to fully understand the 'Why' and the 'How' behind the 'What' so you can take control of your training in a simple but highly effective way that transfers to the field. Our trainers have successfully navigated their own athletic careers and know the hard journey an athlete goes through physically, mentally and emotionally. GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS: Full Cancellation for our Group Training Programs must be made 72 hours in advance. If not, the athlete will be charged for the entire group training program and/or remaining sessions they signed up for and their spot will be filled with our wait list. Athletes are paying for a predetermined and agreed upon specific spot in our Group Training Programs. There will be no reimbursement for missed training sessions for our Group Training Programs. Makeups are not guaranteed and must be scheduled and confirmed with Simple Speed Coach staff and scheduled within the same week upon availability. Five to fifteen minutes late will receive a modified training session. Over 20 minutes late will forfeit the session and be considered a no-show. OTHER TRAINING & SERVICES: Cancellations for predetermined and agreed upon sessions, programs or other services, must be made 48 hours in advance. If not, the athlete will be charged for the full program, session or service. Athletes are paying for a predetermined program with a set number of scheduled sessions and/or other services. There will be no reimbursement for missed sessions or services if they are not rescheduled 24 hours in advance and confirmed with the Simple Speed Coach staff. Five to fifteen minutes late will receive a modified session. Over 20 minutes late will forfeit the session and be considered a no-show.
