We are so bummed we can't train with you in person. We know even though you are frustrated about so many things right now you are also incredibly DETERMINED! And we LOVE THIS about you! We are here for you every step of the way to help you succeed in your athletic career and can't wait to start training in person again. Go through the Warm Up routine before every workout. The PDF (View Warm Up) provides the full Warm Up program and the videos provide coaching tips and detailed instruction.

STEP 2: REVIEW WORKOUT
Read through the workout and gather any equipment needed. If you do not have appropriate equipment view the video for alternative options. Please call with any questions or concerns prior to starting.
STEP 3: WATCH VIDEO TUTORIALS
The video tutorial gives detailed instruction and provides coaching cues on how to execute every drill properly in the workout. Modifications are provided for each exercise.
